An improvisational acting workshop that brings participants to spaces of vulnerability, empowerment and connection. We create a safe and protected space to process, journey and heal through this medium.

A communal food program that highlights cultural cuisine and its historical context. This program emphasizes how we are all interconnected through culture, food, language, and shared experiences.
